Booking Appointments
We do our best to accommodate even the most spontaneous service requests. Scheduling appointments well in advance is recommended. We will gladly welcome walk-ins and try our best to service all clients.

Preparing for Your Arrival

Appointment times are specially reserved for our guests in advance. We ask that you arrive ten minutes early for your service so you may enjoy the complete treatment and not inconvenience others.

Cancellations
If it is necessary to cancel any appointment, we ask that you give us 24-hours advanced notice, so we may fill the requests of others.

Appointment Reminders
While it is the responsibility of each patron to remember their appointment, Reflections of You Salon and Spa makes a good faith effort to complete courtesy calls to each guest the day before their appointment reminding them of their scheduled visit.

24 Hour Cancellation Policy
We inform each guest of our Cancellation Policy and request that if you must cancel an appointment you do so with at least 24 hours notice of your arrival time. If we are unable to fill your appointment, we reserve the right to charge up to the full amount of the service. Charges will be applied against credit cards or gift certificates on file.

Please be On-Time, If not early
The Washington region is known for it's traffic congestion, please plan accordingly. We request that guest show up at the Spa 10 to 15 minutes before their scheduled treatment, new clients need to complete intake questionnaires. Most days, the Spa is fully booked. We make every attempt to get all patrons into their treatments on-time that the guests coming after them may enjoy their treatment on-time.

If You Show-Up Late
And there is an appointment scheduled after yours, your treatment will be shortened by the equivalent amount of time you were late. If there is not sufficient time to conduct your treatment properly, your appointment will be deemed cancelled. In either case, you will be charged for full amount of the service.

Waiting List
If the spa is fully booked on a day that you wish to visit, please ask to be placed on our wait list so that we may call you should an appointment become available, our goal is to have you visit us.
